Behind Every Great Leader

Behind Every Great Leader was primarily intended as a tool for assistant pastors, church staff members, and Christian school teachers, but its principles apply to most anyone in a position of following another. Church members, church workers, and even employees in most businesses have certain responsibilities as followers to be a genuine help to their leaders. Leaders are not born. They are made, by God's power and grace. However, they are also strengthened and solidified by those who follow them, those who are willing to faithfully stand with them.
