Church members, church workers, and even employees in most businesses have certain responsibilities as followers to be a genuine help to their leaders. Leaders are not born. They are made, by God's power and grace. However, they are also strengthened and solidified by those who follow them, those who are willing to faithfully stand with them.

About the Author:

Having served as an associate pastor at North Valley Baptist Church and college president at Golden State Baptist College (Santa Clara, California) for eighteen years, Andy Harrell exemplified a great follower behind a great leader. He is now the pastor of Eastwood Baptist Church in Murray, Kentucky. He and his wife, Bonnie, have three married children and seven grandchildren.
